We make our deadlines 90% of the time and we call customers every day. We use a paperwork system with tags and numbers to keep track of each piece and upon completion we move items to one part of our building, separated from the to-be-done items. I'm sorry Ash, I don't know you nor have I used your business. I don't have a reason for that, just haven't. But you sound to overwhelmed to do basically simple task. Its great you are a innovator and I truly admire that. But your excuses for why you are failing at basic business practices is a lame attempt. Perhaps educate your wife on how to handle incoming emails and update request. Share the burden with her or someone else so you can concentrate on whatever it is you do currently, and someone else can handle customer service. We customers should have priority over your hobbies, if you don't see it that way then I suggest selling your ideas to a company that can provide quicker turn around and better communication. Perhaps with the sellout of your ideas you could then use the money to build more jet mopeds and other things of interest to you. I'm not trying irritate you, our business is by no means perfect. But we at least please nearly 100% of our customers every single day. Its not the skill we have developed that makes this job worth it, its seeing our customers faces when they see what we've done that makes me want to keep doing this everyday.
